One is an investment in buildings and machinery situated within satellite towns adjoining Kisumu, Mombasa or Nairobi which will attract an investment allowance of 150%. However, the value of such investments must be more than 200 million and the tax losses shall only be available for deduction in teh year in which they arose and the next four succeeding years of income.
