Summary: Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) is like the trade unionist of employers. It is also mandated to conduct training and recruiting of personnel. Kenya's personnel is very professional, but there is a need for intuitions of learning to create linkages with employers. regrettably, the burgeoning of institution of learning ostensibly offering quality education, but questions linger on their relevance in the market place. Remuneration of employees is pegged on resourcefulness of a company.
