He is one who has different insights from many people who merely want copy what others are doing hoping to get a profit. An entrepreneur is a resourceful person and an employer of resources in a unique way. There is a difference between being enterprising and being an entrepreneur. Kenyans are enterprising because they do things well but they are not necessarily entrepreneurial.
