Unless we judiciously blend the conventional entrepreneural management practice with probity and the speed of ICT systems, there are boudn to be gaps between promise and perfomance in our indsutries, government and educational institutions despite increased use of ICT. manager's planning and control decisions are increasingly relying on empirical data processed by computers and much less on human judgments. the track is to clearly determine where planning ends and corporate accounting starts and assign the roles appropriately.
